The Zahn Innovation Center at the City College of New York (CCNY) incubates entrepreneurs, helping startups access the tools to transform their ideas into sustainable ventures. By providing structured advising, legal and accounting assistance, 3-D prototyping facilities, and a vast network of mentor connections, the Center serves as a conduit to the wider New York City tech and social enterprise ecosystem, facilitating meaningful connections to advisors and investors.
The Zahn Center has special expertise in assisting new ventures that specialize in information systems and mobile applications, social and environmental impact, and those in which women hold leadership positions. It has a particular focus on hardware –devices, delivery systems, wearable technology, biomedical tools and testing equipment, innovative packaging, sensors, and the design, production, and commercialization of physical items.
